Ive heard fire wasp is powerleveling but i dont understand how, pwerleveling is allowing the other to kill you or using alt acc to boost yourself, in fire wasps evryone kills like a normal battl.e

It can be done in an ordinary battle too. I've seen it happen, and attempt to happen.

We're battling, and everyone on the other team leaves. And there's like 20 minutes left, and we have nothing to do but to drive around carrying the flag and flipping each other. .. .

Then an Isida asks a Thunder to shoot himself, so then the Isida can heal him and get XP.

Same thing with Ricochet, or any self-damage inflicting gun.

Oh, so going into fire/wasp battles where 1 person gets the golds is power-leveling but xp fire/wasp isn't right?

Basically, in a large battle, if everyone lets 1 person get all the cry boxes and gold, is that power-leveling?

The firebird wasp thing is kinda complicated. Just giving one person the golds in any battle isn't power-leveling, its really just being kind. Fire wasp can be considered power-leveling, unless both players are seriously trying to get an upper hand and win. Well, that is how I think they go about it.

Edit: Basically, the definition of "power-leveling" is placing lots of exp onto your account quickly and with little effort.

Power leveling is like helping your teammate to score. For example you take the flag, run with it to your base and then give someone to capture who is just sitting not playing. Now that guy got score without doing anything. In this way power-leveling works.

These are the 2 points that explain Power leveling

  • Power leveling is a way for one player to get a upper hand in a battle. For example, a player is helping the other one, or setting his noob accounts to get experience without fighting back, ie. letting them capture the flag or kill without resistance. It doesn't matter which hull or weapon they are using - if one of them is getting xp without a fight, it's PL.
  • Power-Levelling is intentionally impeding game by either helping opponent, disturbing or interrupting own team players including inactivity & is Considered as severe offence.

If I'm not wrong yele told me letting the gold drop and taking pictures and deciding who has to get it is a violation. Such as calculating to have the same amount of flags in order to split the fund 50/50, or something like that.

So letting 1 person get the gold box instead of everyone fighting for it is power-leveling? or is it everyone just being kind?

I think Power-leveling is when you make a friend get exp for you by sacrificing their own rating points and wasting their ow team, GoodKn1ght, He kicked Me and greenleaf out of team today in the early morning because Green just asked me to help him get a gold but no exp and I said OK just because of that isssue he kicked us both is it fair for us, Please answer I'm totally angry right now against that GoodKn1ght Mod.

1.12. - achieving experience points by deliberate inaction or help from the other team's players in 'Capture the Flag' or 'Control Points' or 'Team Deathmatch' mode or from opponents in 'Deathmatch' mode (so-called power-leveling);

1.18. - creating additional accounts for power-leveling your main account;

1.20. - making arrangements with other Players to fight 'half-heartedly' with the purpose of powerleveling. Should such battles be discovered, both Players will be punished;

what point is not clear?

You will miss the gold if your connection and speed is slow xD btw it might work but it will be unfair and yo may get ban for that.

I think that would just be rude :P

So, getting free gold boxes and crystals is OK? basically, in fire/wasp battles, everyone is in a free for all, but when the gold falls, everyone lets 1 person gets it, their reward however is determined by their participation in the battle. So, if you fight like you would in a normal dm but everyone gives you the goldbox for free, that is not against the rules?

Honestly I think not letting players set up and coordinate battles to give everyone the most EXP possible is kinda dumb. I don't like the no power-leveling rule at all, if the game works a particular way as intentionally programmed then the players should be able to use that function so long as they are not disturbing others' fair play.

I know some games don't let you let 2 accounts owned by you interact, but usually if you want to work on ranking up an account with another player it's allowed. What's the difference to Tanki if you level by shooting random people or if you level by shooting your friends who are intentionally letting you shoot them, so long as you aren't disturbing anyone?

Aren't all ranking parties power leveling?

Same rules all apply. There cannot be exceptions.

That's another reason having a power leveling rule is dumb, it's very hard to tell what is and what isn't when you really think about it.

Ranking parties, lol, I've been to lots, but it's just a few kills, not a few thousand so I think ranking parties are ok

I've seen this too: two players go into a battle with wasp/fire, they burn each other in a calculated manner that lets both players have a d/l of 1. The other player lets 1 player get all of the crystals and gold box.

^ Is that against the rules?

EDIT: I found this, this is power-leveling: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=187129&hl=

I don't think getting a few crystal boxes and gold boxes when everyone is fighting their heart out is against the rules
