Here's an interesting theory. You know the 12 24? What if it was just a coincidence that it was the date of the day the Library of Congress caught fire? After all, the 12:24 could have been just a random digital clock time they put up to make the phone look more realistic. Lol. :P

So basically, Moby Dick was leading you to Dictator, and from there, you would receive the clues of Arnold Schwarzenegger and 1997.

 

Mr. Schwarzenegger played the role of Mr. Freeze in the movie Batman and Robin in 1997.

 

In addition to that, Semyon mentioned that it was very cold outside. So it must be Freeze.
