Guy's it's not 2042, for clue number 1. Semyon even said it himself! It's either CombatZone or Combe. *2042 is also a number by the way. ^.^

3. Silence (The clue has been erased before a lot of people got to find it)

4. Either Isida or Alien

I think its alien because I believe its listing all the factors of the battle. Paint, Hull (yet to come), turret, map, and the place where most conflict occurs (Combatzone).

I think that this quest is interesting. Multiple answers, multiple ways of thinking about the clues, what they mean and how it all fits together. I also think it's interesting because i think that tanki are using it for their own benefit much like the twitter 'competition'. As let's be honest, the twitter 'competition' was just an advertising ploy.

 

Tanki has made changes to a number of maps in recent weeks. I wonder if this quest is a way for them to get players to explore the variety of maps in hope that it would get players to think....'actually this map is pretty cool, instead of making battles with the same 4 or so maps, lets start making battles with other maps and make the game a whole lot more interesting'. Then they can see which maps pick up again and ditch the rest. So i foresee that this quest will take us to the majority of maps accessible to all ranks.
