In noise I found link but it is only end of the link,I searched something in noise summer,winter,silence 1,2 winter and summer but I found nothing.

It is from a German Contest. As the English Community was lead to the Slogan Contest and found a picture there the German found this picture. But both include the time 4:25 of the video.

Alright so resume:

In vid Semyon mentions Tim Robbins Movie and we see pic of Tanki Slogan with numbers 4:25

Tim Robbins played in Noise, we go to that map and find a YouTube link missing a part. We fill it in with the other part from Updates Topic

Link brings us to a concert vid with words silence and that ends at 4:25

So right now guesses are that 3rd word is Silence

Also Germans get a pic having the words

"Silence"

"Server 25 ------>"
