I had 40 000 crystals i also gave a hard pass no chance of hacking and today when i checked there were no crystals 

i was about to buy new weapons and hulls on discount but all crys are extinct and there are more then 120 supplies in my acc please refund my cry please

That means you have been hacked somehow or might be some technical issue. So what you have do now is to send a report to help@tankionline.com.

make sure you don't use the supplies and the weapens that have been bought otherwise @helptanki will not refund u
