Any of them in the proper hands are incredibly annoying to deal with, but I find the Freeze's particularly difficult.

Railgun isnt that bad even though its damage is the bigest just have a railgun paint i use progiti and they dont really affect you :P

Railgun, for sure. That weapon can hit anything 40 degrees to either side from where it's aimed. Guess the railguns just use heat-seeking 2-shotting ammunition...Also, it's best to use anti-railgun paint on wasp if you want to combat it:It will save you from a one-shot. Hornet also is useful, but I prefer anti-thunder with that hull. IMO I just can't stand railguns, have a whalloping damage, quick enough reload and throw your shot off whenever you're hit in the side.
