Lag on new graphics quality

So my problem si next ...
 
I want to play with the new graphics
 

 Playing with automatic graphics i have 60 fps and works good ..
 
But playing with the new graphics i have this ..
 

 

 

 

 

And it works very bad , unplayable ..
 
I try to play with Firefox (my fav browser) , Opera , Chrome and nothing the same problem .. Now i try with Adobe Flash Player  and same problem ..
 
So to be sure the problem is not from me this is my PC
 

 

 

 

 
So , what can i make to play with the new graphics ? What can i make to get rid of this lag and low fps ? I tried everything .. I appreciate if you guys help me ..

proably, your internet connection is too slow. Dont enable all of graphics, in slow internet, it can cause a lot of lag and low fps. So, if you want to see graphics, enable just 2-3 graphics which you want to see

I am on the best company of my country where the internet connection rules with 100 Mbps .. I don't have problems with no other games .. As i said with the automatic graphics the game is ok , with the new graphics i can't play .. So is not my internet connection or my pc fault ..

just disable deep shadows and keep any other things on!

it works for me very well (if i keep this one on then i face an fps drop, but without i play the game smoothly)!
