No. It's quite easy.

Edit: Here is how I play with one hand:

I use my middle finger for A + S and the two fingers next to the middle finger for A + D. When I want to change my camera position I press Q + E with the two fingers next to the middle finger. I press tab with my pinky to see the scores. I press spacebar with my thumb. And to turn my turn my turret I use the fingers I am not driving with (Like when I want to it turn but I am not driving left I press Z) If I am driving up and I want to turn right I use the finger I press for D.

Normal controls suits me more, that's mainly because of the keys I need to use for the camera.

I've got to try that sometime... so if anyone sees me trying to attack a wall in the near future, it'll be because I'm attempting (and most likely failing) to play one-handed xD
