By this moment 19 out of 20 battles at the group stage are over.

Group A
There's a real intrigue going on here. We already know one tandem that will take part in playoffs. It consists of Dmitry Konovalov (technical support) and Dmitry Drozda (technical support). They won 3 battles, the 4th one resulted in a tie.

The second pair of developers will be known on January 22. 4 programmers will fight for the way to semi-finals: Dmitry Koryagin and Vitaly Levykin vs Anton Bragin and Ivan Repin.

The first tandem has 2 wins and 1 loss, the second one managed to get 2 wins and 1 tie.

Group B
All the battles are over and we already know names of 4 semifinalists:
- Evgeny Malov (technical support)
- Stanislav Manturov (technical support)
These guys won 4 battles by a huge margin.

The second tandem that will take part in playoffs is (rather surprisingly):
- Maksim Khusainov (community manager)
- Semyon Kirov (community manager)
We lost 1 battle, and won 3 others.

Everyone has the right to join the contest, if you're skilled or not, so your post was unnecessary. Also rank or rating don't say anything about how skilled someone is.

Exactly. Because they can have a "great" rating just because they have Shaft+Mammy, and have a "Low" rating just because they get killed alot with short-ranged turret+Wasp, but the latter may have better skill and do better in CTF games.

Well it all depends on what time you're talking about.

 

     The time for the battle between Dmitry Koryagin and Vitaly Levykin vs. Anton Bragin and Ivan Repin will be played sometime on January 22nd. The battle between Dmitry Konovalov and Dmitry Drozda vs. whoever wins the battle between Dmitry Koryagin and Vitaly Levykin vs. Anton Bragin and Ivan Repin will be played on January 23rd. Also on January 23rd, the battle between Evgeny Malov and Stanislav Manturov vs. Maksim Khusainov and Semyon Kirov will be played. On January 24th, the final developers battle between whoever wins Dmitry Konovalov and Dmitry Drozda vs. whoever wins the battle between Dmitry Koryagin and Vitaly Levykin vs. Anton Bragin and Ivan Repin vs. whoever wins battle between Evgeny Malov and Stanislav Manturov vs. Maksim Khusainov and Semyon Kirov will be played.

 

     The time for all ranks Third Lieutenant and above to register is 8:00 AM UTC+0 January 25th to 8:00 AM UTC+0 January 26th.

 

     The absolute final battle between the best developers tandem, and the randomly chosen players tandem for the English, German, and Russian communities will be played on 4:00 PM UTC+0 on January 31st.

It should be soon. I'm going to guess January 25th after the developers are all settled in and have discussed their anger against each other beating each other from January 21st to January 24th :lol: They don't need to show the players to make the players+developers paint as was evident last time.

Battles between developers will be held from January 20 to 24.

— First, there will be a group stage that will take place from January 20 to 22.

— 4 best couples will then take part in semifinals on January 23.

— The final battle for the name of the most skilled tandem of Alternativa will happen on Friday, January 24.

 

Then, using a special site, we’ll collect nicknames of those of you who want to fight with the devs.

The site will start accepting applications at 8 am (UTC+0) on January 25 and will be closed 24 hours after.
