When you organize something like this you should choose the players 2 weeks before startin the battle. So, you give them chance to play together for some time and to know each other, like the devs knows each other. :)  It was expected devs to win because more time spent playing together.

Dang it I bought both paints and yo you developers that's not right giving the prize to only the people that bought the developers paint, that's being a spoil sport. You knew you were going to win anyway you made the game. that's not cool whats wrong with buying 2 cool looking paints (only buying one and getting a prize, personally I think that's a load of crap)
