Can someone tell me how to take snapshots in-game because I don't have any programs for this?

No need any program... Just press PrintScreen button (PRTSC on laptops) and paste it to any your graphic redactor (you can use paint or something else... ) and upload. Or if you wish - http://app.prntscr.com - it's completely free software for making or saving screenshots to your computer

does it matter if the image is short that you can only see small part of the map and does it also matter if the picture is taken in winter?

First time using Twitter, glad I did it right. I used PRTSC and Paint for the image capturing, worked great :)

You just need one rank up, and you will unlock the map "noise" there is a rusted tank in there.

Try to cut part from the sides, you are using a wide screen shot, the name is not clear.
