AIDS, yes because it's a disease.

Cancer, no because it's naturally occurs in the human body. I do think it will get better since they (the food industry) put all sorts of additives to our food and drink in one way or another.

They found a way but still under tests .. they put like 2 long wires throught a cut one of then has a cam and light , the other has a hand . Sothis handle takes out the damaged part (large slimy blob thing) takes it back all the way ho the doctor in control and idk what happens next .. try Googling it

Well, AIDS is just caused by a virus, soon nanotechnology will overcome it

 

Cancer is stuff with random mutations of the Human DNA, nanotechnology and math modeling will help us predict cancer and help us to fix ourselves, so that future generations will not have the same cancer

Aids is preventable, by taking a shot (needle) and well, you most know the other way to prevent it,, but it is impossible to prevent cancer
