I hope this helps you on your way to resolve your problem >

You can change your PC Graphics Card DRIVER to another compatible one.

 

There are 2 options for you to try:  

1. Use the DVD that came with your Graphic Card/Motherboard.

    The Graphic Driver setup menu should give you several choices during installation.

    Choose ANOTHER ONE from the Driver version you are using now.

2. Use a WINDOWS Graphic driver

   go to   DEVICE MANAGER    >  Graphic adapter   >  your Graphic Card drivers are shown here.

   next step: right-click on your Graphic Card and Select  >  SEARCH FOR DRIVERS

   Here you can choose > Search Automatically for Updated Drivers  (which is ONLINE)

   or choose DRIVERS FROM MY PC,  and a "GENERIC LIST" appears.

 

If you use Windows ( XP, Vista, 7)  I advise you to make a SYSTEM RESTORE       F I R S T

so you can easily return to the Computer State you have before you made any changes.

Just extra safety, but should the driver you select not match, then it will tell you "cannot be used" and will change back to the last-used driver.

 

You can play around with it, and surely this will allow you to use Tankionline good.

Good functioning of your PC and TankiOnline is a combination of these:

- Graphic Card (VGA) Driver

- Newest Flash Driver

- Internet Browser  ( for me, Firefox gives the best results. But Opera should also display smoothly.

 

Finally, some ATI Cards come with their own MENU installed. Browse your CONFIGURATION MENU for the Red ATI logo.

You could set the GRAPHICS ACCELLERATION to a lower refresh rate, which your PC  a-n-d  your Browser are comfortable with.

Thank you for the extra information, however, I have very new graphic cards in my PC, I don't want to change anything.

 

I want the game to go back as it was before the graphics update, the problem is NOT from my PC, nor internet, or browser.

 

I tried everything in the FAQ, nothing worked, it's the game's problem, and its updates.

Calm down..

There are a lot of lag and all players have them and at the moment we can't do much because the problem is in the server.

We publish pages that can help you to resolve these errors slightly to allow you to play....

Now, explain your problem, i will try to fix it..

Let me be clear.

Please go to the "Fatal error" - How to help find the solution so we can solve this problem so YOU and OTHER players can enjoy a fun game with no annoying errors like this one, no we will not provide an instant answer to you as we do not have one for now, the only thing we can do for now is trying to find a solution
