Goodbye to battle progress and crystals thanks to Flash error

It was 1:05am (Rome Time) when without warning, Firefox window becomes blue. Firefox "doesn't respond" but according to task manager is working properly. I am unable to refresh the page and so after some minutes I try to enter the same battle with Chrome however in the meantime the battle is finished.

Funds were over 5 thousand. I was in the team which was winning 18-5 (flags) and I had the 3rd highest score in my team. I don't know exactly what would have happened if I was in the battle until the end but I am sure that the battle lasted over an hour - maybe even 2 hours

And now, all thrown in the bin...

I had no way to take a screenshot since the game just disappeared

A similar problem has never occurred to me, with any game or any other application running with flash.

Just after a few minutes of playing this game, with only one window open (the game!) and no other applications running, I can physically hear the computer is struggling ..... it makes similar noises only if I open more than 15 tabs with youtube videos; and in those cases, when I open too many tabs mozilla itself does not stop working, only the plug-in stops..... I don't think the problem is mine, but I think if I wrote to the "help mail" asking for crystals without any screenshots they will likely say "we're so sorry, we're working to solve the problem". If so, at least send us a little pole with a ticket "you know what to do with it" when we waste hours of our lives in a game to gain something that is then destroyed by a 'problem' you're forever working on...

I can't say how angry i was when it happened because i might violate some rules and i don't want to, I just would like to know if it's possible to have some crystals that I should have, since i'm sure my team won.

Check your task manager, is your RAM memory going above 70%? Is your CPU usage going over 80%? or close to them, if so, you should restart your browser or computer then, it'll clear some stuff and when you come back, you'll still have your score (since tanki saves your progress up to 2 min as I've heard) just remember to save the battle link somewhere. If you do so, you'll get less lag too.

Thanks greenleaf for the advice, I've just checked your suggestions and my RAM memory is not exceeding 56% CPU is also only at 25% - however I can still physically hear the computer struggling ... i always use firefox in "anonymous browsing" so all cache and cookies are cancelled when i close the browser, and i often clean pc memory with ccleaner.
It seems that saving somewhere the link of the battle is the only solution after all, and i still wonder if there's a record of battles so that I can have at least some of the crystals i'd surely have won.

Its obviously annoying to have played for so long and then to lose everything from a stupid error.

That's really weird though, the only things that make sound in your computer are: your speakers, your fan, your hard drive. Check your task manager for hard disk activity. Hmm, do you have an antivirus software on your computer?

I'm not 100% sure, but i think it's a fan (don't know if there are more than one); antivirus is Avira. Do you think that I have any hope to receive the crystals of that battle? I'm new of the game, but I expected to gain more or less one thousand, from that battle...
