Hi tanki. my account was stolen before and i wrote to help@tankionline.com and restored it back

 

but when it was stolen i thinked if one haves 100 000 crystals and his account is stolen so how will he get his account back if the thief changed the nickname?

They control the email of the account, and if the old name matches they find it and return the crystals.

its doesn't matter, if someone stole someone's acc and change its nickname still you can restore your account. Help@tankionline.com will understand the name is changed after the password changed and will give you your account back. Maybe they can refund your crystals if the hacker changed the name. Ask your questions here next time
