Sometimes i play and carry flag it just drop like i would pres f but i dont i think it is lag

yeah it happens sometimes .. glitch or a bad computer graphics.. and stuff.

 Just try  buying a new PC or a new connection to avoid lag and just try changing your settings until you find the best that suits you.

I don't think this is intended to be a glitch. It happens when you are carrying the flag and then you start to lag. This is so that if you are lagging, you won't be holding the flag, so that way your teammates won't think you are a mult or saboteur.
