Which is better/more effective M1 gun?

Okay, I am planning to get an M1 gun :D YAY! M1!!

 

I need YOUR intelligent decision to help. Which one is the better gun? Freeze M1 or Rico M1??

I am also choosing a hull to save up on next. Dictator or Viking?

 

Which one should I buy?

Freeze m1 is no good for your rank. Viking m2 comes late so you can decide if you want m2, but overall I say no. Get 1 m2 instead of 2 m1

I dont use either of these hulls or turrets but I have certainly met some very effective M1 Freeze M1 Viking players....Freeze is way too OP....Forget M1, even if M0 Freeze without drugs can get close enough to a M3 drugger, he can still be frozen for a few seconds which is invaluable during team battles

 

At my rank, I have seen some battles where a team full of freezes and 1 or 2 isidas can completely dominate a battle.....can't say I have seen that with ricochet....actually, that's one weapon that is becoming rare at lower upcoming player levels....you cannot do parkour with it, twins have a faster rate of fire and with some skill, you can dodge the ric....

freeze dictator, my main two combos are rail and dictator/hornet and freeze hornet
