my mouse don't work

hi. I'm experiensing a very annoying problem. My mouse and keyboard doesn't work same time. When i try to kick someone, i hold tab, tab opens but mouse doesn't move. My mouse works pretty good when i don't press any button in keyboard. What can cause that and what is solution?

Two things you should do if you can: 

If you have a Synaptics touchpad (very popular with major OEMs), go to it's settings turn off Palm Check.

If you have a Dell computer, then If you go in the bottom right corner   , and press the up arrow that is showing there, select the dell touch pad  settings option ( or something similar). There should be an option that says "touch check" disable that.

thanks, it worked in my touch pad, but my USB mouse still doesn't work. Can you help me about that? My touchpad laggs a lot and it makes it useless. Mostly i use USB mouse but it doesn't work with keyboard. Can you help please?

Your USB mouse doesn't move at all ? 

Or it only doesn't work when for example you want to kick someone?

1- Go to control panel, and type in search ''Device manager''


2-Expand ''Mice and other pointing devices''
Unfortunately I don't have a USB mouse at the moment,
But you will be able to find it there, then right click on it and click properties



When you opened the USB mouse's properties, can you take a screenshot of what you see and post it here.
I just need to know what's in it's properties for now.

wait, i did what you say in your first reply, turn off the USB mouse and restarted my PC. My touchpad works now, my USB mouse was causing lag. With your help, my touchpad works with keyboard. Thank you very much, you are the best, hisham2014!!!
