Glad to see no-one's voted for heavy hulls thus far. Light + medium hulls = more skilled, more strategic, and faster-paced gameplay. That's why the clan formats are what they are. Heavy hulls really do not play much of a role in clan war maps.

I've voted for heavies. Even with heavy hulls you can be skilled, even more than those running around with their Wasp just trying to suicide in a pointless manner.

Clan formats exclude heavy hulls since they could stand over the flag and no one would be able to cap, and since wars are no-supplies battles you would need too much time to take down a heavy hull, not because with light/medium hulls you are more skilled and strategic.

I tend to organize great strategic attacks or defences using my Titan M3, not just standing over the flag or rushing into the enemy base, you should see me playing sometimes ;)

Anyways, if there was an option to take all of them I would have choosen that since I use Hornet M3, Viking M3 and Titan M3 in similar % every day, I don't have preferences, but heavies have their own "appeal"

Flea, pls don't misuse memes ok.

And Hunter > Hornet IMO, just because Hornet's too mainstream. Though it is an awesome hull.

Personally, I find heavy hulls kind of restrictive - they're just generally less dynamic, and slow down gameplay. As you said, they'd need more shots to kill, and they could just be used to sit on/beside flags. And because they can slow gameplay down in this manner (I'll rephrase what I said originally), I generally find players with heavy hulls are less skilled/strategic players than their lighter-hulled counterparts. So yes, there can be skilled players who use heavy hulls (such as yourself), but if one goes through his Tanki career using just heavy hulls, the generally slower gameplay can lead to adverse effects on how skilled a player one develops into, I think. There's just so much more potential to develop and show off skills with light/medium hulls; that's why, for example, heavy hulls are generally not used in duels or tandems.

I vote mediums. Lights just tend to be a bit too weak for my liking (unless of course I am using the mainstream Hornet-Isida and self heal), and I feel things such as the Viking or Hunter (or the Dictator if you can manage such awkward turret placement for slightly better stats) are a lot more versatile than both Heavies and Lights because unlike a Heavy, they can get somewhere semi-fast, and can then take more of a beating than a Light once they get there. I really think of them as more of a Jack-of-all-trades than the other two. Not saying the other two are bad, Heavies can be great in a DM and lights do seem to have a charm for sneaking a flag and capping it before you even realize what happened.

I've to agree over this, and we can sah the same for those that rank up just usong lights or mediums. If you focus over one single type of hull and weapon you get skilled in a certain way, different to those that try to play with different hulls and weapons.

:) Good, but as I said I think that Wasp is a suicide car XD

I like Hornet/Railgun/Smoky really much, but I can't live without my Titan <3
