I BELIEVE I AM BEING DEFRAUDED BY Tanki.....

I have spent many, many, months building my garage and tanks & I have spent much money on Crystals to do so, I have also spent very much money on crystals to purchase power-ups since I use them every time I play. I have made it to the rank of "Generalissimo" and I have every tank hull & gun there is as well as many paints! The problem is I spent mnost of my money building my garage only to have Tanki change the parameters of the tanks & games and introduce micro-upgrades, I feel defrauded right here, HOWEVER, there is no doubt I am experiencing and noticing a much more, DARKER CHEAT FRAUD, worse problem, I CAN NOT KILL OTHRE TANKS, GET FLAGS, CRYSTALS or anything dropped mopstly every other time attempt! That means I am spenind, wasting, power-ups(money), but it also means I can NOT help my team nor can I play on an even playing, fighting, fighting field as others. I have been in contact with help/support for three days now, i am getting almost no help or support at all. I FEEL I HAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED AND IT IS CONTINUING!!!!!
