What is wrong with Tanki?

This game allways had some terrible issues with lag but 2014 is being the peak of all tanki problems, nothing changed in my computer or net conection but the game became nearly impossible to play, fps extreamly unstable and the lag is absurd, even to log off i get conection closed by server sometimes !!!

I'm really getting fead up with this game, the lags, the server provider is a cheap crappy option ( i checked it ), the game engine can't deal with all the stuff you throw in the game, the physics...whell...ridiculous....i spend more time on top of other tanks that i spend in the ground, tanks moove before a shot, and they have a strange obssession for the walls....etc...

Ho, and why you keep nerfing stuff, is it to re-ssell it again with the Nano Upgrades ?

Half the arenas are unplayable because of the massive layers that cause lag in those spots...

Tanki is all messed up, not fun at all to play, just anoying and froustrating, not what i'm looking for in a game...you people maneged to ruin a nice concept for a game and turn it in to a compleat mess.

 

p.s. please don't tell me to clear cache, cockies...blablablablabla,standalone.....blablabla.....your computer...blablabla.....the net.....blablablabla....rubish....it works fine with everything even with World of Tanks....just Tanki guives me problems.

 

You should concentrate for a moment in making the game fluid and playable and stop throwing trash in the game that just makes it worse.

From now on is log in collect and log out and see if you people fix the game, untill then i'm done.

Wait until servers are moved, as for now, try cleaning your browser data or flash player data.

The only problem I am facing is sometimes getting a 'connection closed by server' as I try to enter the game. But this is rather rare, though irritating as sometimes I can't enter the game for straight hours.

We have exactly the same problem, on different (3) computers in our house.  This is getting so bad that we have stopped playing tanki and are now playing world of Tanks.  If they can fix these issues we will come back, but this lagging is just ridiculous.

i think the servers are being moved from Perm to europe, maybe there are more then one computer running the servers, if so if they moved one and left the other this may have caused lag.... But i doubt it....

The second answer is that it maybe from the harsh jump of the recent updates, more than 6 updates in one month or 2... when it was like 1 update in 2 months, this may cause lag,

 

 

This isn't a computer or net problem, it is the problem of the servers and the intense jump of data that makes tanki lag so much, that may be a reason that devs are moving servers to new place, too much config and all, causes lag

I'll bet you it's not LAG in the sense you think of it as... the recent upgrades have added a lot more detail.. most of silly; like fog, dust, and light effects.

 

try this: go to your settings, and reduce the graphics load. This is especially important if you have anything less than 1gb of VRAM... or youre on a mac.... or you have dial-up....

i too get lags sometimes.at the starting, but it will be alright after 10 min approx..
