i wrote all steps in "What to do if your account has been stolen" and eitherway i dont know how to send a letter or noone responded

plz help how to send messages via outlook

You need to send a e-mail from the e-mail adress that is connected to the lost account to help@tankionline.com.

You can't contact help@tankionline.com from this forum!!!

well you mustve done it wrong as others noted...if they receive an email they send an email back,confirming the complaint was received and your no.(kinda how many people are before you) immediately.:) if you didn't receive that email,u probably did it wrong
