Should the gold box notification colour be changed?

It's real confusing in CTFs and CPs. Surely, it can't be hard to change all other notifications to a light blue or pink, eh?

I agree, but let's just be more carefull to this notification... i never miss it, and as a shafter that should be very carefull and watch scope, i always see it and never miss, so I guess it is ok. Personally this change is not needed, because only bad players miss everything that is written above ( I have a friend who relies only on sounds, he never watches notifications  :ph34r: ). Just train yourself to read fastly all notifications, even the name of the player who takes the flag, and you will see you won't miss the gold notifications anymore, because you will easily see when notifications of any kind appear.

yeah that happened today someone captured flag at the moment gold box notification came and i missed it. when someone took it then i noticed somebody took it it would have fell to capture flagen the notification came but i didnt knew so i went to capture flag  :(  :(

Please your problem can be solved like this: just read the quoted text and you will see you will have less problems

No one is gonna keep constantly looking at the top of the screen to see text that doesn't come very often.

The problem wouldn't be solved; your solution would make players play badly too.

It never confuse me , because when the gold box going to drop . There will be a Siren sound , that time you all just have to be ready . Also how come it make you confuse because the flags capture/drop and take are different sound then Gold Box . Same as Capture Point , the sound is different .

Some people play with mute sound/ mute tanki sound because they like to listen to music while playing. How they know about siren? Visual effects would be much better.

yesterday i turned my volume off and i missed the notification and luckily i looked up the screen when the notification was fading and i saw the notification  B)

Not badly... anyways it is just a thing in your mind, I always read text, when i see an initial G i read the wole notification, when i dont i just read name and check color. It's all. For me there are no problems and also i play well even watching all notifications.

Yeah, for you there's no problems, that's why you're declining this idea; think about those who do have problems, it essentially takes a colour code swatch swap in order to do it (unless they draw the text, even so would still be easy)

I don't understand why people miss notifications, I can read all notifications while still playing the game normally. For music, I don't mute the tanki sounds, I just lower the tanki bgm and sfx while increasing my music so I can hear both.

Notifications need to be shown in the shaft scope, this is a big problem for shafters.

They're not shown in the Shaft scope?! That's why Shafts never turn round when a flag's taken right beside 'em! That's stupid! Really needs to be fixed :huh:

I do not like the new update because there is always everybody drugging and its unfair on m0 hornets to higher rank because m1 thunder can kill it in 1 kill with drugs while he is drugging *cough* me m0 hornet *cough* *cough* and when goldbox falls while im talking I look to the box chat  and i don't realy turn sounds on and while its falling im just stood there saying why is everybody drugging in the drops? and when it falls im like OMG wut the hell
