Along with the text "Gold box will be dropped soon" and the siren, why not make the screen flash 2-3 times. Or something in the lines of that.

It's true, makes some confusion, so it should be done as soon... shouldn't be hard i hope. And like i've read in the suggestions thread, there should be different soundsa and colours also when your flag is stolen/lost and as well when enemy flag is stolen/lost. This would improve the game IMO.

an airplane can drop the gold-box.

and the airplane can be of size of a Junkers Ju52

they are very big planes and only only a blind man cannot see the plane when it flies over the map.

also the sound of the engines of the planes can alert players if the volume is ON.

but basically the size of the plane is enough to alert players.
