The 'switch weapons during battle' has not been open tested. The green loading bar has. I forget what server it was on (It was on test server a few days ago)

You know how when the game is loading, there is a picture that says something like "Don't tell anyone your password, you can lose your tank forever!" and stuff like that? And how there are moving bullets underneath? Basically instead of the bullets, there's a green bar that tells you how much the game had loaded.

@ Rishi3 Yeah, there is a fairly large event going on in Russia at the moment and I have a feeling that it may have contributed to the servers being down yesterday. 

As for this update, probably nothing big. The green loading bar people have mentioned seems like a good guess.
