what does this mean? i am not that tech savvy....i couldn't understand what this meant for the current players or the current game.....is this about a new game? if someone would elaborate, it would be very helpful for a lot of folks like me

Alternativa "Company that owns Tanki" wants to create more games similar to the concept used on Tanki, do not worry, our game will not be affected, we might even use the same account in Tanki to log in to the other games as a "unified gaming network"

Hi, the graphics do not look awesome because it's a "prototype" there's nothing added.

However, this is not an "update" and you wont see "Soldiers" in Tanki i'm afraid to tell you, the video only shows that the company "Alternativa" is going to create more games, how will this effect Tanki? you might ask, well the answer is that  the actual architecture that's being developed will be used in Tanki as well.

Of course, because there are no textures on anything except for tanks and soldiers. What you see is called a prototype, gentlemen, and it is made not to show graphics but to test architecture. 

i thought soldiers will never be put in game, they will ruin the game, how are you going to call tanki then? soldier tanki?? Seriously, we all like new updates, but this is going too far, more then 70 present will reject this update so i advise not to waste time on it, tanki is special in its own way, but if you try to copy WOT and GTA then you will ruin game, please don't let this update out, we don't want soldiers in the game, maybe you should make some new maps and tanks and guns, but not soldiers, let the players vote.

Rewatch the video please, there wont be any soldiers, there wont be something new added, this "video" is not an update to the game, it's the alternativa company launching something new.

Only think I can say is that the demo version of car racing we had on "alternativaplatform" is gone and they had what you are tell us now for years in their pocket :P

As it was said 1000 times before, there won't be soldiers in Tanki, it is a prototype (which means it will never be implemented). Soldiers are from Combat Sector, another game made by AlternativaPlatform. What you see in the video is an example of 2 games working together using latest developments of our programmers. Which means that developing other games will be easier. This architecture will serve as a foundation for other games, including updated version of Tanki (WITHOUT soldiers).

 

If you have issues with understanding everything, please watch the video again. Perhaps enabling subtitles will also help.

Can you please watch the video carefully and understand it, this is not an update, this is a whole new game launched by alternativa,that maybe indirectly connected to Tanki "For example you use your tanki account to log in to that game" this game will not have soldiers fighting in it, don't worry. 

I don't want the graphics to be changed i like tanki as it is, this update thing will ruin game, if they want to release new tanki then they should just make new game, but leave old tanki for players who like old tanki, i really hate the idea and i bet there will be - 1000000 dislikes on the release of the update, first removal of maps, now this, whats next? removal of gold???  :mellow:

I do know what the devs are planning since i'm in direct contact with them :)

As for your second statement, i don't see how is that connected to this, Tanki will stay and will not "Go". Don't worry :)

i think its going to be cool but it may be a little bit lagy for some players , but i think that its going to be awsome :D !!!
