I have tried to enter the Tankiada 2014 and it says that it has sent a confirmation email but however, i have not received one. i have resent it a numerous amount of times and still no luck :( it is definitely the right email so i don't know what the problem is... i have also waited a couple of hours so that is not the problem either... please help

Check all your email folders since the email was problably detected as spam and was sent to the spam folder. 

Also, check again if the email you are using on your Tanki Online account is the same you are trying to find the registration on.

Emails' usually have a search bar so you can find things in your mail. (If you can) Search key words like "Tanki Online" and "Tankiada" and you may stumble across it.

Well, when you ask a question, you are basically asking about a problem.

Do what vikingsrall said, if you don't find it, it means you entered an invalid nickname, or you didn't link an email to your account

it is the right email, it is the right name, i have looked everywhere on my email, i have done everything! i really don't know what the problem is :(

Hey, this has happened to me and after some time I realised the problem

I am using Hotmail, so it turns out I accidently added help@tankionline.com to my blocked senders. Therefore, whatever Tanki sent I didn't get. You may have done the same too.

To fix it, click: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=how+to+unblock+incoming+emails+from+an+email+address&sourceid=ie7&rls=com.microsoft:en-GB:IE-Address&ie=&oe=&rlz=&gws_rd=cr&ei=D5_7UvO5AoSmhAeS9IDYCw

(might be worth adding your email provider too)

Hey, this has happened to me and after some time I realised the problem

It worked for me, I would suggest checking that it is the email ur account is on. You can do that by going on the Invite a friend button, and go to invite by email, then you will see ''Hi! Your friend ''your nickname''(Your email will be here) has invited you to play Tanki Online''......... If it turns out to be the correct email, and you are 100% sure that you didn't get the Tankiada email then I would suggest email-ing help@tankionline.com.

I'm sorry you couldn't fix it in time. If you are sure the same email was linked to your account, problem could also be that someone knew your email password, so he entered and deleted the email. But anyway, you could've gone to the Tankiada signup page again, you'd see a "Send email again" button, which when clicked, would send a new email to your box.
