Actually... Your statement is false. 

Tanki has ~41.8 million accounts registered at the moment.

World of Tanks has ~75 million as of last December.

That is nearly double the player base of Tanki

You also must remember that having several accounts on Tanki is acceptable, whereas in World of Tanks, it is overall frowned upon by WarGaming.
