Troll players

I am sick of players that ruin the game for me. I am not talking about supply or non supply users, I am talking about players that are on the map but do nothing. We vote against the players, but still they do not leave. Also how is it that 70% of the time my team gets these trolls? The other team works together while my team are acting like they are in pre-school? I am sick of carrying teams that spoil the game for me. There are some good players too, but we are always outnumbered 2 to 1 or even 3 to 1. We can not win games like this and it really works on my nerves. I love this game, but some times it just plain sucks (no offence). It is like flipping a coin, some times I get a great game where both teams play to the fullest and then other times it is like the one team is using alt accounts to mess with our winning. Seriously, I just played a game where we where winning 85 flags to 15 ,then all of a sudden we start losing really bad. We had 95 flags when they won the 100th flag. Of my team of 8 only 3 of us were even doing anything.
