Is this against the rules?

I have been seeing a new craze happening. Isida's won't heal. When you low on health, and you see an isida close, you count on it to heal you but nowadays you can't get them to help you.

Recently I was in the middle of a map, and my hornet was seriously damaged from a railgun so I went to the isida that was on my team. He was just there not doing anything so I went in front of him for health. But he wouldn't heal. I thought he was reloading so I waited but then he drove off and killed someone. I was basically in front of him with the flag with 1/8 health and he wouldn't heal me. I died. This hasn't been in 1 battle, but like 60% of the time, they won't heal. You count on them sometimes and when they ignore you it can be bad in a battle. But what I want to know, if this somehow against the rules? Like sabotage or something.

I'm sorry to any mods if I posted this in the wrong place; I just don't know where to post it because the forum is so confusing sometimes.

Would have fit in the Q & A topic, but its okay, its a good question.

I would say (Coming from a non mod, mind you) its borderline sabotage/mult. Its one thing to deny healing your teammates and to kill the enemy, but denying to heal while going for crystals or pushing you. So they either don't know how to use the weapon or have no intentions of helping you. I have been seeing this recently where they're doing what I first described. They're focused on killing the enemy and not aiding to others at all (poor use of gun, not sabotage).

^ at certain ranks, i.e. sergeant-major below it is understandable they may not know but above that it is , as you said, is most likely mild multing. But I'm not a mod or reporter. I wouldn't know. Maybe a day to week ban or something

I too have this problem unfortunately :(

It's in an Isida's interest to heal team mates but it is up to the player to choose to do so. I have had team mates deliberatly sprint away from me when I tried to heal them. One guy pinned my tank up against a wall for no reason I could fathom needless to say I was not well disposed to healing him during the game.

Hi

Well, if he's healing but he decided not to heal you, it's OK and NOT against the rules, it is against the rules if he doesn't heal anyone nor help the team nor play. (Mult)

Anymore questions?

Hello!

I have been having the same problem, though I think we cannot do anything about it. It is their choice not to heal and is not against the rules unless they are helping the enemy. In this case they are not helping you, though they are not helping the enemy either.

Hope this helps!

Hello to you too. Well it's not a specific player. It's most isida's nowadays. They don't heal anyone and just go for the kill and when you signal you want health, they stand still or drive away. You got the flag and low on health, they ignore you and don't even do after the lost flag.

This problem will always stay in Tanki. Players will deny healing people or whatever. Actually, isida is known as a healing-machine, because it has the great ability to. I would reconsider this. Every weapon has its on advantages. Isida - healing. Rico - bouncing. Twins - infinite shooting etc. That a player does not use these advantages is his own choice. Most likely the player will be named "noob".

My point is, bans are not given for not healing because they are not given for not bouncing with a Rico as well. It is just a form of playing.

To get back to my "isida is known as a healing machine". (My post is getting messy... I know) A player either decides to be an attacker or a defender (healer in this case). This player choosed to be an attacker, that's his choice.

To round off, I don't like non-healing isida's as well. My post is just to make you understand the reasoning why no punishment should be given.

I don't agree with this, isidas must heal when they can, it's the only thing they can do, if an isida is in your team base defending, and you are just next to him with the flag and low HP, he doesn't heal you even if the base is clean, he should be banned for multing.

I have a feeling that he doesn't want to heal you. I recently tried to adopt a method of not healing people that killsteal from you, but it doesn't work because i don't get enough points otherwise, since i try to play highish level games for more crystals. So yeah, I have a feeling that they're actually doing it for revenge hoping you'll die. The weird thing is they don't say anything about it... but that might just be because they're speaking in another language and i don't undestand it...
