i remember remaine post something from the deutsch forum where the min rank to post in forum will be changed to avoid alt accounts from trolling and such. when will this be put in? and how come en.tankiforum was not notified?

Don't type in such big letters.. O_o also, I think it doesn't matter, as plenty of people in this forum in under 16, it's just the recommended minimal age.
