Incredible Issues of Lag, Glitches, "fatal error" and more.

Hello, all, firstly, please can mods not lock this topic.  

 

There are terrible problems at the moment.

 

Some I have experienced are:

 

-Excessive lags (My internet connection is fine).

-Jittery-ness on maps which are normally smooth.

-Random flag dropping.

-Inability to turn turret or whole tank.

-Fatal error occuring.

-"Connection lost by server".

-Railgun sometimes doesn't damage.

-Guns not damaging.

-Driving through crystal boxes and not picking them up/

Many more too.

 

If are experiencing any of this, upvote this, and state your problems too, the admin need to hear about this.

I have seen similar issues on different servers. These problems happen when I'm getting over 40 fps and have a no slowdown in my internet connection. I have seen:

 

- The whole screen jitters so that driving and aiming are impossible

- The flag randomly drops for no reason

- Turrets not doing damage

- Repeated failure errors

 

I've done the regular clearing cache, settings changes, etc.

 

I wish I had more reproducible steps to share, but I can't find a common pattern. It happens on all servers and there is nothing I can determine for an action that causes this behavior.

I have noticed its getting worse - lag is bad,yet I never suffered before.

Sometimes gameplay is  okay and then goes bad or suddenly becomes like a  shaky camera

I would concur with the foregoing problems - last night I could not log on at all.tonight I can get in to a battle but cannot move

have to exit and re-join on every occasion.

Other examples are server connection closed when logging on , fatal errors ,unable to pick up drops and being kicked out by server in battle. :(

Now let's see what we can do about these issues.

Ok all these points happen due to lags, now you said your internet connection fine, but please do a test and give me the results www.speedtest.net/‏, there are couple of solutions like minimizing your screen "-" button, disabling some graphics, clearing cache,  and if still, after trying those options the lags are still happen try to run Tanki Online as a separate application.

Railgun/Weapons not damaging happaens because you are lagging, your technically not in the battle, but you see that you are in the game and you can move, however, to others, you are lagging, probably pushing a wall or spinning around yourself, same for driving over boxes and not picking them.

Flag drops from someone when that player is lagging greatly, the flag drops.

Well, do you have full graphic? do you have hardware acceleration on? how is your graphics card?

This usually happens to me, just "click" in the window browser with your mouse and you will be able to play again.

"Fatal error" - How to help find the solution

• -"Connection lost by server".

"Connection closed by server" - When, why and what?

i quoted in groups, the first group including the first five points are caused due lags.

Not ok, it's all about lags "first five points"  Railgun + other guns not shooting are problems mainly caused by lags, either from your part or from Tanki part, Tanki is working on fixing that  Moving to a new data center
