Hazel-Rah has posted about the possibility of introducing XT versions of rail which could have different parameters for example- with lesser reload but balancing it with reduced damage.

Maybe, but those XT versions won't be allowed in format battles, since the idea of a format battle is to have everyone with the same equipment and therefore with equal chances to win, with skill being the only factor. Besides, he said that the XT versions will probably be only visually different from the original, but have the same characteristics. If the characteristics are different, the XT tank will most likely still be considered a regular M3 in any PRO battle (regardless of whether MU's are on or off)

M1 Railgun can two shot a hornet m3.

M0 XP isn't achievable, but with little modification, M1 is.

M1 won't finish off a tank that's been shot and damaged less after a penetrating shot. M1 has much longer reload. M1 has slower turret rotation. All these factors may be fairly insignificant, but I'm pretty sure a skilled generalissimo trying to play an XP battle with random players won't want three M1's joining him and making him lose the battle. The best you can hope for is a separate XP format for M1/M2 only, where M1 has to have 20% and M2 - no protection.

Because XP is a cybersport combination that's played in most clan battles, so the XP battles on normal servers are full of enthusiasts, who want to one day be like the top clan players. If clans played other formats then those formats would suddenly become popular in normal battles, but at the moment only XP/BP will be seen on normal servers.

It's the Russian (Cyrillic) F letter - Ф, which stands for "flag" (флаг). When you see it in battle it means that the base is being attacked and the flag it about to be taken. To write it in battle you have to set your keyboard to Russian letters, but if you just want to inform your team about a potential danger to the flag, you can simply post "f" in chat and both Russian and English players will understand you.

The previous "cheapest" solution was Sandstone.

Sandstone is available at First LT and costs 82.500

 

Now we have Fracture!

Fracture is already available at WO5 and costs 42.500

 

Wait till the next 50% discount and you can have it

for 21.250 crystals.

Yep, like you don 't need a good paint, often much more expensive,

for regular battles... -_-

And if only used for XP there is no need at all for micro-upgrades on Fracture.

My mistake. It didn 't even came up in my mind that it wouldn 't have been

added to the other XP/BP paints yet.

(because it 's similar to Sandstone and Savanna with it 's 20% Railprotection)
