Tanki help desk is trying to do the best for help you. As the email said, they can not confirm the fact of false positives in the anti-cheat system. They can't believe everybody that says im removed from the battle due foul play discovered and i want refund? Some players can lie them. That's why they need facts. They're just trying to be justice. And if you lost your crystals, it's not a big deal, you can still play. So, don't make you sad, everything can be happen in the life.
