open flash player stand alone, go to File --> Open --> and then paste in one of the following link that can be found here

The link (at least to server one, I haven't tested the others) in the help section on the main page has this URL: http://tankionline.com/AlternativaLoader.swf?v=10&config=c1.tankionline.com/config.xml&resources=s.tankionline.com&lang=en&locale=en

 

When I use the above URL I get an error and it never loads. The URL that you gave, however: http://tankionline.com/AlternativaLoader.swf?config=c1.tankionline.com/config.xml&resources=s.tankionline.com&lang=en&locale=en   is different and DOES work. I think that might be the problem. The URL's aren't the same.
