Crystals Loss

As usual due to my internet i lose crystals and battles

But sometimes its not my internet

And lovely tanki doesnt like accepting its mistake

It several times clearly said that i have been disconnected from server

that also happens when my internet goes but if skype is still green and tanki says that.... its tanki's fault but they never accept

 

Writing to help@tankionline.com is useless for me .

is a battle i was supposed to get around 2k - 2,5 k

but i got disconnected,

 

Its not the first time and sadly, its also not the last time

 

But Mods, please tell tanki to be fairer, they can make kits for the ones who buy , but for the ones who earn crys , atleast give them what they deserve .

I agree with you it also happend to me, not now but long time ago i was through this as well. If you are connecting to the internet with W/LAN the problem might be the place of the W/LAN that is placed. You should try moving it forwards as the place you place it usual. I actually tried this and it worked for me, i don't know for you but i hope i helped.

your internet is public or private?

that has a lot of importance

i have private internet

if the port problem ever existed to me, if i take it out, it says that it has been plugged out, there is a notification and in 1 second, skype's icon goes blue .... offline , if it would be problem from my side i wouldn't complain . But tanki also doesn't accept .

Hi, i'm sorry that you find writing to help@tankionline.com is useless in your opinion, but sadly it's your only way to get the crystals back.How to get your crystals back if you were kicked from the battle due to server's fault
