I was banned from chat and forum for insulting tanki-Online kick system, why do u get kicked by players of u where at nr.1? I can understand u can get kicked to make place for someonelse, but that was not the case, can someone explain then why u get kicked? Why cant u join the other team chen of there was place on that team? Is there a admin or moderator available when u get kick unfairly from a Battle?

Normally when u have more deaths then kills the kick option comes up

Wrong. It comes up in medium, large maps when you are not first or new in a battle.

 

You get kicked when you get a specific amount of votes from your teammates (amount depends on map) and if you get kicked, you are considered an invaluable player and that is why you can't join either team of the battle.

lol thats wierd, i had the most kills, at one point in time i was alone defending the flag every one else left from my team, then peopel started joining and we started to win again than i got kicked...

it depends on how long you have been in battle, and the score you have,

 

if the battle is 2 hour long, you have been in it for 1hour, then you can never be kicked, unless people /vote you in command box,

 

if you stay just for 15 min, and then higher ranks join in and leading the battle for 1 hour, then they can kick you using just the thumb down icon.

reason for people kicking you.

 

if you are doing very well

1. maybe because they are group of fund hunters, they kick you out for fun as a group.

2. your teammates are at least much higher rank than you, and you are not contributing as much as they do, then they kick you.

 

if you are doing just so so, or not very well

1. people that better score than you will kick you out to let better people in

even at my rank, I got kicked out as well, because I dont drug as much as they do, or they prefer heavy hull in,

or my death rate is too high, (I use m3 hornet, without drug, dying in 1 shot at my rank drug war.)

No!! And how we will get rid of mults/noobs? Maybe rethink the idea, but don't remove one of the best features ever made. We will have the mults invasion again.

 

And now with MU's is even worst, i can kill instantly noobs on light tanks with no paint when using my freeze, literally one or two seconds. But the same goes on the other way, if your team are full of low equiped/rank, an enemy thunder MU'ed can kill them by piles.  

Or mabye; how will we kick people we don'y like/ kick  people for more fund

Yeah, it shouldn't be completely removed, just somehow changed to prevent other misusing it.

You can't be kicked being first nor playing small maps or after spend some time on the battle. And yes, maybe should be modified a little, but the reasons because the feature was created remain intact, it's just change one problem for other.

 

The same way they pursuit any violations should be used to punish those fund hunters. The solution can't be remove everything.

Team Kick is not working as intended, has been abused since conception in UPDATE 138 APRIL 2013 almost a full year with not even one alteration or solution, it is time for action!

There has to be a way that it cannot be abused, at least not to the extent that team kick is being abused on a daily basis for the wrong reasons, perhaps a limit on the number of kicks a player can use, a daily limit, a game limit, or if you reach a certain number of kicks between server resets, in most cases team kick is being used just to weed out weaker players, stealing fund, and/or to get friends into battle and not for multing or sabotage as it was first intended for, another possibly is allowing players with a good karma to kick but not players with violations, as these are generally players with good ethics (good Samaritan kicking privileges).

There are some ways of limiting the over use of kicking through game stats as well if for instance a player does not wound kill or heal within a certain amount of time, or repeated long durations of non combatant,or non combatant within a certain amount of time when teams flag is taken. Multiple instances of pausing in the game should also be limited. Testing of these Ideas would quickly show if it is a good idea and what parameters would make it most efficient without removing active players, also a possibility to monitor a tendency of these actions both for players who are kicking repeatedly and players who are being kicked repeatedly in a players rating ie: white flag for 2 instances, yellow flag for 5  instances and red flag banned till server reset after 8 instances. it would make players aware that there gaming style need to change, and encourage stronger game play.

Many gamers will have come across a kick system in many team games, and AFAIK almost all of them are as simple as tanki, but the thing is tanki is by far the place where I see it being abused more than everywhere else. 

 

However it is not an option to just remove it.  We have to have an intelligent kicking mechanism, and doc above gave some ideas which can be worked out and implemented without much difficulty.  So please consider it.
