Can't enter game

I want to play game but I cant enter any battle .... I mean it takes a lot time and I cant start the game but I can start  playing test server...       note : my internet is good and I didn't have any lags and I cleared cache and other things to resolve problem but nothing happens.... please help

I tried chrome but it have a lot lags... I will check pale moon browser... note : I can enter other online games easily even without previous cache.

Still I cant connect to game ... I  waited about 15 min and it didn't started ... have any suggestions???? please tell me I really don't know what to do!!!! :(

I made it ... I can play with pale moon with high fps as always... but a battle entering took about 15 min
