But after this moving to the new data center, when I press (for example the forward button) for like one second, my tank moves like I pressed it for 5 seconds. And it keeps going on until it stops

 

This is very annoying especially with turrets. I move my turret then it goes all the way around.. :(

I live in the UK, and personally have not noticed a change in speed.

Me too and I would say not noticed much change , maybe a little less lag
