problem buying crystals.

hi is anyone able to help me with a problem buying crystals.

i have a x2 buy crystals card and was going to buy some crystals but when going to pay for them this message came up

It looks like you're not authorized to view this content. The request signature is wrong or expired (sign=6d76ef646e8340d73e529962f4e580cc).

I am also getting this error. 

 

I click the buy link in game, am taken to the page where I choose the quantity, click the quantity button and then see the error message "It looks like you're not authorized to view this content. The request signature is wrong or expired (sign=7282667b69e28cd449290e9a0e59e70a). " Posting in this forum does not allow for upload of an image as far as I can see so I cannot provide that.

 

Some additional information is below per your technical issue post requirements:

 

a. Operating System: Windows 7 Professional x64 (ver 6.1.7601 SP1 Build 7601)

b. Web Browser(s) Problem Recreated in: Internet Explorer 11 (ver 11.0.9600.16518); Google Chrome (ver Version 33.0.1750.146 m)

c. Flash Player: Adobe Flash Player 12 ActiveX (ver 12.0.0.70)

d. AntiVirus: McAffee Total Protection (ver 12.8.934)

e. Computer Network Connection Method: WiFi (connection speed 72 Mbps)

f. Internet connection Method: Router, AT&T U-Verse (leaving model out)

For me, I just explained how I was buying crystals (or...attempting to) and that the forum doesn't allow for posting of images (only links to images hosted on other sites). Since I don't believe Tanki support staff will require the screenshot to figure out what is wrong I am going to hold off on bothering to post a screenshot on some image site. It is just a blank web page within the web browser with that text across the top of it anyway. Simple..

 

Tanki now uses Paymentwall. (wallapi.com) to process transactions, at least for the last 6 of my transactions.

when i went to buy crystals i clicked on the x2 buy button then on debit visa then another window opened with the problem above
