Why my account is banned?

I just created a new account. Play on it, and i want to go on my old account and opaa, its banned.

 

Please unban it. Name:SMERT66666666

 

Its a game problem, or someone plays my account, because my password is really easy.

From your email click "compose" that will take you to a new screen where you have to enter "help@tankionline.com" in the receivers section and then write what ever you have to write in the email in the given space below.

Then in the "To" section type help@tankionline.com 
I use Yahoo but I am pretty sure the process is the same with all the emails.
