In death matches: "wanna team?" "Hey, TankInTheLead, let's team!"

Chat spamming: "Gold Box Is About To Be Dropped" "has gold dropped?" "Gold box admin pleeeeeze"

Ugh

Teaming in death matches.

People spawn killing me.

When people on my team block me from capturing the enemy flag.

People in the battle chat saying "Ctrl + W for Gold Box".

When a noob drugs like mad and thinks they're a "pro" for getting 1st.

When someone in CTF thinks they're a "pro" for having a high D/L even though they haven't captured a single flag.

When someone says "Rail is for people who can't use Shaft" even though it's the opposite way around. (I'm serious someone said this yesterday, I almost face palmed at how stupid it was.)

Having a high DL in a capture the flag is not noobish... That's someone seriously supporting the team by knocking out or distracting enough enemies for (usually) faster tanks to make captures. I do this a lot with Viking.

These guys.

Some of you know them well. They come in all ranks, ages, genders, what have you. Never turns the turret. Passively aims for flag/CP, mainly just aimlessly wanders around the map. When threatened, always presses 3, even when they have little hope of winning. Sadly very common these days, due to preservation efforts by the devs. When you see one in the wild, don't panic...just give them a few hits with your gun and they'll go turning left and right like crazy, hoping for some slim chance of hitting you back.

Oh i know them very well. I always call them noobs and some claim they have higher accounts. How to intimidate them: Drive around them in circles, and they will be stuck and may after a bit stop and turn their turret.

These guys...

Hornet does not react well to ricochet rounds. Between the weapon's own kickback AND the impact force of MY Rico rounds hitting them... THESE GUYS end up at a 45 degree angle with their nose in the air pumping round after round into the pale blue sky.

Looks kinda like dancing.

It's just beautiful to watch.

Yeah. It's hilarious. When they are sideways, they just shoot straight.

Earlier in a capture the flag game a player a few ranks higher was second and as I went to put the flag in he blocked me until I died. That really annoyed me as for his own selfish reasons of wanting to finish first even after I spent the whole game running around healing team mates.

Oh and Hi community :)

Sometimes what is sad (but also pleasantly suprising) is seeing staff sergeats that are better players and teammates than lieutenants or other higher ranks. Yesterday, was a great example of this. My team completely dominated and we had almos half of the team at ranks of Sergeant Major or below. Two of the Sergeants were isidas that tagged along with my Titan and would just heal me as I blasted away at the enemy tanks. We did so much damage to the other team and I seemed indescructible thanks to these two awesome players. The other team had Warrant Officers and some Lieutenants in it but they were all seemed childish and petty with their approach. I suppose it also speaks about some people's character and maturity.

Most team battles are little more than free for all. Very little teamwork... Usually limited to getting out of the way when someone has the flag.

I've read a lot about tanki team strategy. I rarely see it demonstrated. Coordinated attacks (more than two tanks!), mid fielding... Not happening.

It's every man for himself. I've seen countless opportunities for teams to win had they just actually worked as a team. Defense strategy, fast tanks on capture duty with a few heavies providing cover. Simple stuff.

True. The only time I have strategic gameplay in my team is when me and my bro are playing. It makes a huge difference in the outcome of the battle.

On polygon when you use Vulcan and you see the unique repair kit falling from the sky. ( and you always need it because of overheat ). You run towards it hoping you will get it and go ******* kill everyone using you awesome extremely high dps turret like you do when you have just spawned. You are still running towards it. you see nobody around, you think the repair is yours, you have already pressed the 3 button to get ready for the upcoming massacre ( or not ) and then suddenly a ******* FULL HEALED WASP RUNS THROUGH YOUR SO BELOVED REPAIR KIT!

( seriously who uses wasp on poly cp? )

This had happened to me unlimited times. Also, once I saw two wasps, both with full life, racing towards the repair kit

I was like what The... ?
