Equipment degeneration as rank progresses

Aside from the fact that as your rank increases you meet more armed and more fortified opposition....does tanki build in equipment disfunction such as sight floating, tank sliding etc...in an effort to get people to purchase upgrades.  From my perspective it sure seems that way

Telling a mod to close a topic really doesn't help. If they feel the need to close it, they will, but you saying "Mod pls close dis" doesn't help at all.
