I am experiencing this problem that whenever i have more crystals like 70 000 , my account always gets hacked and my crystals get wasted even though i had password in chinese language . help i need a way in which i can make my acc safe and i want  100 % guarantee that following that way my account wont be hacked. please  help

Change your password. Pick a password that is unique and you don't use it for any other accounts(facebook, gmail, etc) 

Make sure the email you use doesn't have the same password as your tanki online acc just like I said before.

yeah i have tried this but my acc laways gets hacked once i had a pass in which i used german english and chinese and still my acc get hacked

if it gets hacked contact help@tankionline.com. and beware, dont tell ur password to anyone not even to people who r very close to u
