Phew Message came just now, :P They said 1-3 days :D

Same problem here... did you get your crystals? they said it takes 1-3 days.. day 2 still waiting.. nothing happened.. they have all the proof both from paypal and email.. :(

Still haven't got my crystals, >.< What is it taking them so long

even if they dont give your crystals you can refund your money by your credit card report you paypal report or any other option,Goodluck  :)

As u saw my previous topic where i didn't get my crystals, and help@tankionline.com said that it may take 1-3 days but i didn't got my crystals and this id 4th day and now they aren't even replying .-. >.<

Also i messaged @semyonkirov 2-3 days ago and still not even a single reply from him
Tanki are u doing a fraud with me? -_-

Stop creating multiple topics for the same issue, it is flooding. For now, I've merged them all in this one.

 

Semyon is busy with many stuffs and he is not in charge of payments issues and similar, Tech Support is.

Also, Tech Support receive thousands emails everyday, so you must learn to wait if they told you to wait.

Also, Tech Support receive thousands emails everyday, so you must learn to wait if they told you to wait.

But i have already paid the money and also shown all the proofs then they said wait for 1-3 days and today's the 4th day, I messaged them yesterday and still no reply and when I have shown all the proofs then why take so much of time, Gimme the answer, I don't want that wait they have to check thousands of messages and if they can't give me my crystals so simply they should refund my money back .-.

If you sent another message then your email was moved back. They clearly say that you must not send another email if they don't require a reply, so if you will have to wait more days it's your fault now.

 

They say to wait some days till they work on your issue, then they will automatically reply, but you didn't want to wait as other thousands of players do instead and your issue was moved back: your fault.

 

Also, we can't help you here on the Forum for this issue, you need to wait for the Tech Support's reply.
