Well that means it's actually not loading. As it's loading and the bar fills, there will be some little pauses when it fills, but if it is smooth, no pause, it means it not loading. I don't know the solution but there are ways to tell if it's loading or not.

i was also having this problem after map update ...............but after many day the game become smoother i noticed that my cache memory  was about 220 mb and the game loaded in just 3 or 4 seconds but by mistake i cleared my cache memory ..................... from that day i have not played tanki for 4 days

 

 

so those who say that clearing cache memory is good they should try themselves
