2. There can be more than one participant.

3. The participants are not guaranteed anything at the moment, only the poster of the video is.

Nice :) This is a good idea. I liked the Gold Box Hunter of the Week contest too, but quickly came to the realization that winning was unattainable after the seeing the results. This contest probably has a more even playing field.
