Hard time targeting, something is wrong

When I am trying to aim at a target, whether it is another tank or just a spot on a building. I have my tank turret straight forward and just use my tank movement (arrows right, left, front and back) right and left keys. When tapping either keys fast to aim at the target, the tank moves a lot.

 

Example. if my tank is almost pointing the  target, I press left or right keys fast to move tank slightly to get target, the tank moves past the target.  And I would have to press the left and right keys a lot to finally get target. (again I could be aiming at building and still have this problem)

 

 

 

I am running windows 8.1

what he means to say is that the while aiming he rotates the hull and so when he is aiming if he wants to rotate it slightly left he uses the arrow keys but on using them... the tanks rotates much more then what is needed to aim.....

 

i suggest he starts using turret rotation and practices harder. :)

maybe rotating the turret is a better option as stated above..it adjusts ur aim exactly how you want.I also have faced some problems like these with Railgun but soon with practice we can overcome these:)

There is nothing wrong with tanki or your PC. It's you. You must know how long to press an arrow key. You must've pressed it a bit longer. It also depends upon your skills; if you're skilled enough, you'd never miss shots. You should keep your hands stable and calculate how long the period should be in which you will be pressing the arrow key.

Thanks for the reply's, But ever since the flash change over, this problem occurs. Yeah, certain paints, it hard to target. But just trying aiming at a building I have this problem now. I been playing awhile now and spent hundreds of dollars. right now I refuse to spend more. and I hardly play now.

It must be you overpressing the arrows hence they go past the target .. Try delicate movements xD

I had thesame problem too a while ago but no one seemed to understand,begin by changing browser (that happened to me when i was using firefox or chrome then i switched to opera) or format your current browser completely.or update your flash player.

try enabling the "adaptive FPS" setting in the settings menu
