Hello Staff at Tanki online!

 

I used to have an account (IceMan127), but one day, when I tried to login, it failed.

I had an e-mail account hooked up to it, but I forgot which one!

 

I created this account after several days of weeping, make that months.

I will be EXTREMELY grateful if someone here at Tanki can Private Message me the e-mail that is hooked up!

I have tried every single one, but it doesn't work!

But anyways, try emailing help@tankionline.com. Are you sure that you hooked your email up?

If the log-in failed, you need to make sure you didn't make a mistake in typing your nickname/password. If you are absolutely sure you cannot access your account, proceed by doing the following:

 

Try looking through your email accounts and in their spam folders, If you submitted a password change via the log in page (by clicking "Lost nickname or password?") Also, no one here can tell you which email it's hooked up to, only help@tankionline.com can. They would probably find it suspicious if you just ask for that, so if all else fails, you will have to resort to this. You're trying to prove the account is yours in order to get it back.

Do what he says and by the way doduobird maybe the account is special and he may have payed money in it. Besides it might be his garage that matters. So don't be a show off with personal game.
