you're right about that, but m3 dictator is way much more expensive than m3 viking, and you need rank of generalissimo for that.

Its a good thing, dictator is more faster and has more hp at times than viking, viking needs a viable advantage thats why there are micro upgrades :)

if u fully micro upgrade a viking it will be stronger than titan. so of course its stronger than dictator.
